Yeah--I have done the Sync on all accounts--I have tried deleting a few unneeded (OS) C: users accounts but some have Win 10 OS files & so I nee to reinstall Win 10 again which accomplishes zip. My Documents & Pictures files are nonetheless carve up between users. I tin't become Win 10 to use the one user that contains the vast majority of my need files.
Is at that place anyway to merge User A counts in the (Os) C:/Users directory????

Have you lot tried to backup your Documents and Pictures to an external source and so do a clean reinstall or delete all merely the one user. Then reload your Documents and Pictures.
OR check with Disk Management to see if at that place are multiple drives involved.

This is a nightmare. Where is the simple outline depicting how the file tree works? Where are the step-by-step instructions for setting up User Accounts, combining User Accounts and eliminating duplicated or accidentally-created User Accounts. I hate hate Detest Windows ten and I have been using Windows since it first came out.

Get File Explorer, C;, Users. One of them is the one you want everything. Expand to prove all folders under it.
And so go to the side by side user expand, click on a folder. Information technology now shows all of the sub-folders and file Elevate these to the folder under the commencement user.
When this is done shut the second user and and then open the third user and practise it again. Do it for all that are needed.
At the end check the commencement user and run across if the files you demand are in that location. If they are you may nor nee the other users and y'all may desire to delete them in that location in File Explorer.
